The works involved the expansion of the Narrabeen Sport & Recreations facility over a previously contaminated Rifle Range. This works involved the diversion of the existing creek via a new stone lined rock channel, and the biofiltration of the remaining overland water via a series of biofiltration channels and retention areas. The project made use of the natural resources such as sandstone boulders and soils in the local area.
